​Boat Rental Requirements

1. Use of Boats​ (eduardoño 15")

• 4 people max. per boat, up to 800 lbs. with equipment. 

• Boats must be used by all applicable laws and regulations.

• The customer must follow all safety instructions provided by Torres Boat Rental.

• The customer is responsible for any damage to the boat or equipment during the rental period.

• To rent a boat, you must meet all the notified requirements. If you do not comply, Torres Boat Rental is not responsible and will not refund your money.

• No refunds will be given for unused rental time.

• Picking up or dropping off anyone outside of Torres Boat Rental facilities is prohibited.

For Residents of Puerto Rico

• You must have completed an approved boating course or have been born before July 1, 1972.

For All Renters

• The person or Captain must be the same individual who completes the boat rental contract.

• A valid ID must be left at the Torres Boat Rental office for the duration of the boat rental.

For Non-Residents of Puerto Rico

• You must be over 21 years old with a valid ID.

2. Return of Boats

• Boats must be returned at the agreed time and location.

• Late returns may incur additional charges.
